Order directly online by clicking the “Add To My Cart” button next to your desired item.


Send an email inquiry to sales@dictationproducts.com if there is a product you wish to purchase that you do not see listed on the site. Corporate Purchase order inquiries may be handled in the same manner. Include your contact number in the email please.


Call 612-805-7883 and speak with a sales representative Monday-  Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST.  


Shipping Policy:​

All products sold are shipped to their destinations via UPS.  Orders placed before 3:00 EST will ship the same business day unless the item is not in stock or unavailable.

Warranties and Service Contracts:
All products sold by Dictationproducts.com are equipped with warranties from the manufacturer.  Warranties may differ accordingly.  Service contracts are available on most hardware and software products.  If your product requires maintenance please contact us at service@dictationproducts.com We will provide dictation and transcription repair services and remote diagnostic service repairs on software products we sell. Products outside of the standard manufacturer warranty will incur a service charge.



Return Policy:​
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Dictationproducts.com please contact a customer service representative at (612) 805-7883 for a Return Authorization Number.  Dictationproducts.com will not accept returns without an RMA number. You will be charged and liable for any return that is unauthorized.
After receiving an Authorization Number, ship the product complete with original packaging, (together with all accessories and manuals), and sales receipt. Failure to ship the product complete may result in an additional fee.  It is strongly recommended that any returned merchandise be shipped to dictationproducts.com affiliate warehouse and service centers via UPS, or FedEx to ensure delivery.  Dictationproducts.com is not responsible for lost returns. 
Any opened software is non-refundable.  If the product is defective, please contact a customer service representative at service@dictationproducts.com within 14 days of the purchase, and we will work with you for an authorized exchange.
We will do our best to process your return quickly.  Please allow 14-21 days for your credit.




Software and Service Information:​

Dictationproducts.com is not responsible for any internal or external network or computer related Information Technology cost for the set up of the products you purchase. Dictationproducts.com deployment staff may be retained for on site or remote assistance service for an additional fee. If Dictationproducts.com provides installation or repair service on your equipment and/or software it may require the assistance of your internal IT or outsourced IT support people. This assistance is not the fiscal responsibility of Dictationproducts.com.
We pledge to protect your privacy. We do not sell our customer lists or information
Safeguarding your financial and personal information is one of our most important priorities. All sensitive information sent between your computer and Paypal servers during the checkout process is fully encrypted.
